Something Different
I typically post only sneak-peeks from my sessions on this blog these days, but I got in a great session with some important people in my life yesterday. . . . my family. We took a trip to Beasley's Orchard to get our pumpkins, and we went with our best friends, the Odums. Beasley's is so great - we love it there. It's an annual tradition. We took a hay ride back to the pumpkin patch, and after that we spent some time (and money) in the Market. We bought apple butter, carmel corn pops, fudge, and I think our friends bought cider too. The place is wonderful. Anyway, I wanted to share some pictures I took during our trip. Of course, the one thing about being the photographer is that I am never in pictures. But that's OK! I hope you enjoy these! *The boy in the Spiderman hat is my best friend's little boy, Finn, who you have seen before on this blog if you're a long-time reader.

2 lovely people shared their thoughts:
OMG what great pics of Mason, he is actually smiling. He looks so much like Brent it isn't funny. And I LOVE the ones of the field and the soybeans. You knwo I think your amazing. And the one of Finn smiling, I need that one.
There's something about drab midwest weather and bright orange pumpkins that pops. Beautiful kids with red hair work great too!
Love the photos.
